The claim process at Nedgroup Life has been made relatively simple. In a few steps you will be able to access your funds, should your claim be approved.
Step 1: Contact the Nedgroup Life client services centre to notify them of your claim within 90 days of the event happening.
Step 2: They will send you the documentation that you are required to complete and return
Step 3: Return the documentation and keep a copy for your reference
Step 4: You will be contacted on receipt of the documentation and then receive sms notifications during the process to keep you informed of the progress.
Step 5: All future queries will be handled by the Client Services contact centre
